A legal paternity test uses a Chain of Custody procedure that makes test results acceptable to courts and other government agencies. Clients request a legal paternity test when they need the results to obtain child support and Social Security benefits, provide proof in immigration cases, and claim inheritance and other rights.

Features of our legal paternity test:

• Begin testing with a $100 deposit
  The fee for a standard DNA paternity test, in which a child and alleged father are tested (with or without the mother), is $390. This fee includes Chain of Custody processing, DNA testing and analysis, and delivery of results via first class mail (other delivery methods are available for an extra fee). You may start the testing process with a non-refundable $100 partial payment, and we will send you the results five working days after the laboratory receives your sample, as long as the balance is paid in full.

• Wide network of collection sites
  Once you have paid the deposit, we will arrange for sample collection appointments for the tested parties at one of our collection sites. We have over 2,000 sites in North America, Central America, and worldwide. A schedule coordination and sample collection fee of $70 per case will be charged (for one child and one alleged father; mother’s sample collected without additional charges). Additional tested parties, such as alleged fathers or children, will be charged a collection fee of $35 each.

• Accurate, Conclusive Results
  We guarantee conclusive testing results—at least a 99.99% probability of paternity for inclusions and 0% probability for exclusions. For accuracy, we test with a minimum of 16 DNA markers and perform extended analysis of up to 25 markers when necessary. The $390 test you buy is actually twice as valuable as the tests other labs are selling—your samples will be independently tested twice to ensure accuracy, and results are compared to verify if they match.
